Under the terms of the agreement, announced today by Universal Music Group (UMG), UMG will market and distribute Disney product in both physical and digital formats in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand, effective immediately. India will be included in the agreement, with effect from October.
